How to create a timer with voice control?

Please tell me, I want to create a timer, with voice control, so that the countdown is triggered by voice command and ideally so that you can set the time for the countdown with your voice.
I’ll break what can be done on Arduino, but I still don’t understand how, can someone tell me?

Arduino will not take out voice recognition. Usually, in general, all such devices do not recognize commands on their own, but send them to a server for recognition. The server can be either yours (with self-written or ready-made libraries), or you can connect ready-made APIs (the same Yandex has them).
But it may turn out that in the end it’s cheaper to buy a ready-made one, such as Yandex.stations
