How to create a time report in Jira?

It is necessary to create reports in Jira of the form:
Project name | Issue | Assignees | logged time
with filters by date range, project and artist.
Where can it be done? Installed Tempo, they didn't find it there either.

You can use EazyBi.
With this tool, you can build quite complex olap-cubes.
The screenshot shows a report similar to the one you need.
All that needs to be changed is to move "Logged by" to the y-axis.
Also, a similar task can be solved using a regular query in JIRA, displaying the necessary Columns and filtering.
The period can be set using "resolutiondate", for example.
