How to create a template for an application?

Hello, there is a site on which I integrated the Aldryn NewsBlog plugin, I create a page and specify the template that I created, it is applied on the page. But when I select the Aldryn NewsBlog application in the advanced page settings, this application takes the default template, its own. Since I have a couple of projects, it's not an option to edit the default. Can you please tell me how can I create a template for the Aldryn NewsBlog application?
