Good afternoon, colleagues. For the first time I want to try to create a full-fledged application for ios. The simplest application in my case is just a web page into which content from the database will simply be loaded.
Sobsno, tell me what development environment to use, do I need to know something else besides html / css, it would be easier if you just described the development stage of such a simple application point by point, thanks)

If you do not need cross-platform, then it is better to do everything natively, even if there is simple html. So xcode is in your hands.
