How to create a public filter in Redmine?

In Redmine, how can I create a filter that is public and not only categorized as "My Saved Queries"? Preferably without using paid plugins :)

Just select Visible to all users , this is a standard feature of redmine.
To do this, you need to have Administrator rights or the "Manage General Requests" right.
I also advise you to install the Extra Queries plugin for yourself , it makes working with queries more convenient and it is free.
