Redmine, picture not showing in email notifications?

the image is not displayed in the email. How can I fix it?
CKEditor plugin is used (version 1.0.20 )

This is a long-standing unfixed bug that occurs when using abbreviations !someimage.jpg in layout! instead of full links.
