How to create a prototype of a cross-platform mobile application without programming knowledge?

Tell me where to dig to try to create a prototype of a cross-platform mobile application (iOS / Android) that would have the simplest functions of searching in the database (probably the database will be hosted in the MS Azure cloud or Amazon Web Services) and displaying information.
No programming skills yet, I have experience with SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle. It seems that I will focus more on MS / MS Azure technologies and services.
Thought about Phonegap and MS services running on Azure. Is there anything else similar?
