How to create a project in phpstorm?

Hey!
When I launch a local project with layout in the browser, the URL looks like
localhost:63342/color_builder/index.html

where color_builder is the folder in which the layout is located, how can I configure the IDE so that the name of the project folder is not displayed in the URL?
and the address was localhost:63342/index.html
