How to create a program in the form of an interactive presentation with 3D models?

I recently became interested in 3D modeling and would like to know how you can create a program that will allow you to view objects created in C4D.
At the same time, changing their shape or color or other characteristics using certain sliders, and acting on them, for example, deforming or breaking them.
But it should be a presentation of a single selected object, and not a sandbox with a bunch of everything.
The question is what do you need to know for this and where to find information about it? how can this be implemented? and what technologies and means exist?
I am new in this area, tell me where to dig and in what direction to move.

Good interactive things can be done in Blend4Web https://www.blend4web.com/en/

I’m also digging in this direction, while I’ve dug up the UNITY game engine, maybe you can create a dependency on the sliders in it.
