How to create a printer-computer local network in addition to the router-Wi-Fi adapter?

Hello. I now have a Wi-Fi adapter inserted into my PC, with the help of which I connect to the network that the MGTS router distributes at the entrance.
I do not have the opportunity to conduct a twisted pair cable directly from the router to the PC network card and printer, but it is possible to conduct a twisted pair cable from the PC to the printer. However, for some reason, the computer does not see that it is looking for a printer on the wrong network.
How to set up two networks correctly so that the computer and the printer can see each other one by one, and there is an Internet connection via Wi-Fi?

And what are the addresses on the wired network interfaces? If the dhcp server of the router issued the ip-address to the computer via wifi, then there is no one to issue addresses to wired interfaces. Therefore, there will be either apipa, or nothing, or something from the pre-configured earlier in various combinations. Therefore, on the computer, ipconfig / all, on the printer, a configuration sheet and compare network settings.
