How to create a post in wordpress using a third-party script?

There is a site on which wordpress is installed, in the script folder there is a php script that receives a post request with data (this is the title of the article and the text of the article), how can I make sure that all this data is published on the site?

The script, as I understand it, is generally outside the WordPress scope, just a standalone piece of code in daddy? Hang an Ajax request handler in functions.php and send data to it with Ajax. Well, or use the REST API if you need a standalone script.
