Dynamically adding fields to a Wordpress form?

Hello everybody!
Has anyone come across a plugin for Wordpress that allows a site visitor to add fields to a form. That is, so that the visitor presses a button and a field (a group of fields) is added in the JS form, but these fields are correctly processed at the PHP level.
Or just write yourself?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

You can create a form through Advanced custom fields and display it in the front-end. And so that the user can add his own fields, use flexible content (if it is understood that you need to add different fields) or repeater (if you need fields of the same type). And then just add a handler button that will submit the form or execute the function you need
