How to create a personal cloud storage on symbian?

Nokia N8 (Symbian ^3) is lying around.
The following idea arose: I connect an external hard drive to the N8 via OTG and connect via Wi-Fi to the router.
Next, I connect to the same Wi-Fi network on another phone (android 4.4.4) and want to copy / transfer files from it to N8 (well, the file acceptance folder will be set on an external hard drive) How to implement this?

It is necessary to raise one of the following on the sim: http-server (or WebDAV), NFS, ssh, Samba or rsync. What of this is actually implemented under Symbian ^ 3 - I do not know.
