How to create a pdf so that it complies with ISO 32000-1?

Good afternoon. You need to create a document that will comply with the ISO 32000-1 standard. This standard is supposed to be in all PDF 1.7 versions. Pdf A_2a is supposed to be version 1.7, but Acrobat writes "ISO Name: ISO 19005-2". As far as I understand, this means that the document standard is just 19005-2. So how to make it so that it would be 32000-1? Is it written somewhere in the metadata or does the same acrobat himself determine the ISO depending on the file structure? Where can I read more about this?

ISO 32000 is an ISO standard for the full function PDF; the following standards are for more specialized uses. PDF/X (ISO 15930) is now the industry standard for the intermediate representation of printed material in electronic prepress systems for conventional printing applications. PDF/A (ISO 19005) is now the industry standard for the archiving of digital documents

(c) Adobe
If I understand something in something, then ISO 32000 describes all the standardized features of the format, and ISO 19005 is its subset for PDF-A.
Thus, any PDF of a more or less recent version corresponds to your task, and it is most likely simply incorrectly formulated if we are talking about a workflow that uses just an archive format (it has strict requirements for including fonts, external links, etc.). P.).
