How to create a passive sip account?

Good day! We work with ZOON, they ask to create a passive sip account for them, please tell me how to do it on Aster without GUI. They give a manual for the mango, but of course there is nothing useful there.

1) Get a SIP address for receiving calls from zoon (for example, in your virtual PBX account);
Looks like this: [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected];
2) IMPORTANT: Allow receiving incoming calls without authorization from the sip.zoon.ru host (if the operator is a mango - this item is applied automatically);
3) Report the above sip address to change the forwarding to it and check the correct operation;
