How to create a page without template styles in drupal?

I have the following task: the user clicks on the button -> goes to the page with the form (application form) -> fills out, then prints, or saves to pdf. I need to create a page in Drupal with my own css styles without any template styles, so that when printing and saving to pdf, there is only my form and nothing more. Tell me how to do this, or at least how to customize inline styles and write media print rules to hide the header, footer.
PS I am engaged in layout, I see cms for the first time. They asked for help, I can not refuse.
