You can either make a folder with another template, where you can set the desired design and assign it through the admin panel (not the best if you need to override 1-2 pages), or set a condition in your template, for example, by the id of the menu item (or the id of the category, post ... in general, as it will be more convenient simply). That is, if the page, for example, has itemid==103, we output one, if all other pages are a common template.
