How to create a non-root user on CentOS with access only to a specific folder?

Greetings! There is a VPS on CentOS 7. You need to add a non-root user who can manage via SFTP only /var/www/pavel and not go above this directory. How is it possible to implement this? PS VPS recently, newbie in administration.
