It is necessary to implement a multi-level catalog using taxonomy terms as categories, so that at each level the categories of the next level and the material of the current level are displayed.
I searched a lot, I saw different implementations, but none of them show both child categories and products of the current category in the category at the same time.

Use Views to display the content of the current category. In the block, use the same Views to display the child categories.
