You need to create your own minimal live cd with your own software included in it, based on some small distro like puppy linux and the like. Which distribution to choose and how to actually create a live cd with your software based on this distro?

I would create my environment with https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebootstrapChroot , the grub bootloader. If you really want something minimal.
