Where [number1] - you replace with the number of your conversation, it is unique for each participant in this conversation, you can find it from the address bar. Example: sel=c1
Where [number2] - You replace with the number of the desired message, for example: msgid=1
Link example: https://vk.com/im?sel=c1&msgid=1
PS this will only work if you can view all conversation messages and only if your friend or acquaintance is a member of this conversation.
