How to create a joint stock company through an Ethereum smart contract?

A smart contract n1 is created.
A smart contract lives until it has received a total of 100 ETH.
The investor transfers, for example, 10 ETH.
n1 pushes the investor's wallet and a 10% stake to n2's smart contract.
The n2 smart contract is essentially the wallet of the ETH website, where the funds of service consumers are received. The incoming funds must be divided among investors, in accordance with the previously purchased shares through n1.
