Wouldn't recommend hosting. Not a profitable business right now. The competition is big. I tried it myself. We need a big budget up to a million at least in order to have some kind of profit from the project.

Air conditioning to maintain a normal environment for the sites.
Generator (preferably ..)
Fire extinguishing system, etc. ...
