How to create a Github App with Gist access?

The question is in the title. I need the application to be installed on a user account and have RW access to Gists (if possible). When creating an application, you can choose the permissions it needs, but I did not find anything
related to Gist in the list.

If it is possible, then how? I apologize if the question is quite stupid and the answer is easy to find.

I don’t know about the app, but you can make a personal token (for yourself) to access the gist:
