How to create a git repository on beget hosting?

My task is as follows:

There is a local copy on the computer, you need to upload it to the hosting, that is, I made changes locally updated on the hosting.

So far I have made changes via ftp, but this is no longer cool in 2017.
With a git at all on "you".

Git on the run is installed, enable ssh access in the hosting panel and connect via ssh.

but that's no longer cool in 2017

Not cool is to listen to different heresy, and not think with your head. (there is a question of convenience / habits and expediency, but not fashion at all)
It's not cool - it's not being able to use Google Yandex. (in which you can find 100500 recipes and mana, where everything is described and chewed)

I'll just give you a hint in the right direction.
You also need to check if there is an installed git on the hosting.
Since not every hoster gives such an opportunity.
Hosting is not VPS, where "everything is possible".
There, resources are limited by the desire of the provider.
