How to create a folder with different names in the system and visually?

Yes, I understand that the question is very unclear. But I want to create a folder with projects and name it "Projects". But in order for it to be visible in the system as "projects". There are such folders in Windows itself, but how to create them or is it possible at all?

It's not entirely clear what you want.
Create one folder so that it has several names? For example "Projects" and "Projects" ?
If so, then symlinks are used for this.
mklink to help you.
