Tell me, please, how can I create dynamic QR codes for payment through the FPS (fast payment system)? Are there any ready-made libraries (Node.js, PHP)? I'm interested in the ability to create QR codes automatically according to the given details, not manually.

Well, so far only for the savings bank it works poorly, it did not work for VTB. Although I didn’t see any direct obstacles in this - I scanned a bunch of codes on different payment cards - they are all the same (according to GOST R 56042-2014):
This entire string is encoded in a QR - by any available plugin. If the size of the elements is made small, then it will not work on cheap cameras - because of the small code, you have to bring it close, and the camera does not focus close, and a piece of paper with such a code can only be used for its intended purpose in the toilet.
There are mandatory fields, there are arbitrary ones - you can even transfer meter readings.
