How to create a DB cluster?

Need a little more clarification on my prev. question. So to say to the person at the beginning of the journey.
Tell me what is better to use to collect a cluster on ubuntu and mariaDB. Those. there are 4 servers, 3 for zabbix + mariadb (identical) and 4 for the cluster.
As I understand it, the cluster can be assembled by ClusterLabs, Corosync, Galera. Which one is better, is there a difference between them?
You can also use Pacemaker for the cluster manager and it has a gui.

Also option 2, which seemed good to me, is to build a Galera cluster and use ClusterControl.
