How to create a DayView on Android?

Hello!
I want to add the ability to view my schedule to my application, as it is done in Google Calendar:

But I can't find how to create a DayView. On SO it is said that this class is not officially supported, but it can be used somehow. Can you tell me how or to throw an article?
As an option, I see two solutions:
1) Use a third-party library. For example this
2) Add RecyclerView
