How to create a database for a VK bot?

Today I created a bot for my group at the university, so that it displays the schedule, what couples, teachers, etc. are today.
1. All this info: "schedule, what couples today, teachers, etc." should be placed in the database and when entering commands, return them from the database to the chat, right?
2. Do you need some kind of mini database? If so, in what direction to think? What can be used?
