How to create a contour that can be rotated?

Good afternoon. I want to create a contour that can be easily animated by simply moving points. The easiest way to explain my question is with a simple example.
I have the following contour:

I want to move the top point to another place so that the line is not distorted, but I get:

And I want to get:

Is it possible to create such a contour? Thank you.

Yes, the illustrator is better, but if you rotate, then rotate with the Tatate or Transform tool. It is not necessary to transfer elements and nodes.

Delete extra points and merge the shapes, everything should work out.
