How to create a clone of a wordpress site on a different domain?

I have a site1 on wordpress with plugins and scripts purchased and linked to the domain. On another domain, I also create a wordpress site2 (without plugins and scripts).
Site2 is required to automatically create (clone, rob) posts, comments and users (both existing and new) from site1. Are there any plugins or other options?

You can try mirroring plugins - "Domain Mirror", "Multiple Domains with Analytics" and the like, which allow one engine with its databases to be linked to several domains.
