How to create a budget android application?
I need an android application, but the development companies voice budgets that I can’t pull.
The application is not complicated in terms of functionality, "WORD OF THE DAY" displays one page (word) per day, in addition, it displays other pages on request, random order, pages (words) can be added to favorites and shared. + Widget to display the word on the screen.
Can you tell me how to approach the issue as cheaply as possible? What is most valuable here. The developers are asking about the back end... is it possible to create a site based on some kind of micro-blog and use something like a site 2 app? Or is it easier to do so that the words are "hardwired" into the database?

The cheapest thing is to hire a student without experience, he’ll do it, but then you can grow him to something better, though again at the expense of students, normal developers will break even more for digging into that shit code
Threat Tiberal , ACCNCC guys this is still not a freelance exchange , somehow past the subject of the resource answers
If you want simpler and cheaper, then write to students. They need experience, you need savings.
It is best to do cross-platform right away, for example on Appcelerator (www.appcelerator.com/product). It will cost almost the same as for one platform (IMHO, the fair price is $ 500). But the market is wider immediately. A widget for android can be written separately as a module. For the backend, something like Parse.com. Then it is possible without any servers and hosting. Admin panel: SPA -> Angular application will be able to run from the computer as a normal saved site.
I am interested in such a small project, write and discuss.
