In the template for creating or editing a deal, you need to make a link button containing the address of our internal third-party page with the deal number. I can’t understand where to save, the template itself can be edited, but again, when updating, the changes will be erased.

Insert a javascript code at the bottom of the page, which, after the page is rendered, will insert the desired button between some tags in some place of your choice. It's called lazy load - google it.
