How to count posts from twitter by login?

Good day to all. The following task arose: it is necessary to develop a rails application that will read all the posts of the twitter user by the specified login and save them to the database. How to organize the very interaction with Twitter, i.e. get these posts to save? Perhaps there is a suitable gem? thanks in advance.
