How to correctly statically build a Qt application on Ubuntu for Windows?

Hello. The application was written in Qt in Ubuntu 64 bit, I would like to statically build the same application for Windows 32 bit. Please help answer the following questions:
1) Will the resulting application be guaranteed to work correctly on Windows in this scenario? And if you do the same from under Windows 64 bit?
2) What types of libraries and utilities should be installed in the system in order for the assembly from under the 64-bit version of the platform to the 32-bit version of the same platform to be successful.
3) What difficulties can arise if, in addition to Qt, third-party libraries are used in the application?
Thank you.
