How to correctly specify the SPF record for sending Yandex.PDA from the site?

The problem is the following.
There is a site on its own server with a separate IP.
You need to periodically generate letters from it (well, registration confirmation, password reset).
Without thinking twice, I decided to tie the domain to Yandex.PDD, and in the DNS settings I specified a TXT record a la:
v=spf1 ip4:1.1.1.1 include:_spf.yandex.net ~all (1.1.1.1 - IP of my server).
I send letters from a site through normal SMTP.
I decided to test everything through https://www.mail-tester.com and got upset:
026ede1cdcbb411f915b088931a8a0d6.png
5.45.198.249 - Yandex IP. And, from test to test, it changes ...
How to do it right?

5.45.198.249 gets into _spf.yandex.net (but it's better to use _spf.yandex.ru - this will save one extra name resolution).

Most likely, either you recently updated your SPF records and mail-tester.com is using the cached one, or it hasn't been updated for some reason, for example forgot to increase the serial number.

@Sanes

v=spf1 ip4:80.ххх.202.69 include:_spf.yandex.ru ~all
