For the second time in a day, the ip address gets into the spam database. How to find out what's going on and fix it?

Sent a few test emails to myself. Now it's back in the spam database. What's happening?

Check IP: PTR ,MX - records that they are not in the DNSBL black list.
Check that the PTR record and SPF record are correct.
