The domains folder contains the app project folder, which contains the public folder, which contains index.php
Here's how to make index.php open in the browser when you connect to the app/ address.

1. OpenServer settings > Domains
2. Domain management > Manual control
3. Specify the domain name and folder where index.php is located
4. Click [Add]
