How to correctly set goals in order metrics in Bitrix?

Greetings!
I want to track the stages of placing an order, it feels like customers fall off on this not a simple ajax order.
Goals set up so

Events directly copied from the component. But the goals don't work. There are other goals, where the entry to the cart page and the entry to the "Thank you for the order" page are fixed. They work.
Tell me, I probably didn’t take into account something, maybe the type of goals in the metrics is different, or is there another nuance?
