How to connect Bitrix and React?

Hello. Tell me, how well does Bitrix work with React?

I read in the documentation that Bitrix works with vue. If React is connected to the project, will I have to rewrite a lot of things when developing an online store, or will everything work exactly the same as if I decided to work with Vue?

In general, is it worth connecting React to a Bitrix project or is it better to use Vue?
