How to correctly set destination-pattern in CUCME?

Good afternoon.
There is CUCME with E1 and voip trunks, it is necessary to configure the routing of outgoing calls - send some to pots, the rest to voip. I wrote something like this:
pots
destination-pattern [2-3]....
destination-pattern 7[2-9].........
destination-pattern 810[1-9].... T
voip
destination-pattern ...
destination-pattern 8[2-9].........
destination-pattern [^810][1-9]......T

there seems to be no intersection anywhere, but people say that it will not take off - the desired peer will eventually be selected by the beginning, and not by the beginning + length.
How to correctly set the order of processing?

Yes, it seems that the tsiska analyzes only at the beginning.
How to ask? Describe everything with unambiguous prefixes.
Write down your routing table?
