How to correctly register a link for social networks?

There was a problem on the site that when you click on the "share" button on any of the social networks to a link like
mysite.com/index.php?page=item&id=33140
, all social networks discard the last part "&id=33140" and therefore cannot find the link because they are only looking for "mysite.com/index.php?page=item".
Full social sharing links look like this
: "www.facebook.com/share.php?u=mysite.com/index.php?page=item&id=33140"
"twitter.com/share?url=mysite.com/index. php?page=item&id=33140"
"plus.google.com/share?url=mysite.com/index.php?page=item&id=33140"

Have you tried ready-made "Share" blocks?
