How to correctly parse a phone number to predict the region?

Hi, I'm developing an application and I needed a chip like in smartphones, when dialing a number, it gives out the region. I tried to parse with pens, but the accuracy is poor and some regions are not parsed correctly, tell me, is there any library in python or a method with which you can parse the number more accurately?
