How to connect to multiple databases via Databases of type target_session_attrs?

I want to connect to multiple master/slave databases. How do I use the Databases library to do this?
Tried to pass a string like

"postgresql://user:[email protected],postgresserver,postgresserver/db"

.
But I get an error that the string was parsed incorrectly.
