How to correctly formulate a request for PS?

How does is called ?
I can assume - a mockup, but at the request of the mockup, the iphone display is missing on the display - the clock, date, network signal, or, as in the example above, the instogram tape.
Or does it all need to be drawn by yourself?

This is a design mockup built into the iPhone mockup.
Yes, mockups are usually undesigned because they exist to have mockups built into them.
