How to correctly fill in the fields with dates yml dataset'a for controller testing?

Good afternoon! I am currently writing tests for the controller, through MockMVC, using yml datasets. There are many requests with dates in the controller (per day, per week, per month). I can’t figure out how to properly approach the issue of filling the dataset with dates in order to exclude their manual filling, and so that the test data does not lose its relevance after the expiration of (day, week, month)
