How to correctly display the button for selecting the quantity of goods in the card? Where can I find the css file for this button?

Tried from here
Pasted the code above into function.php, but when I select the quantity of the product and click on add to cart, the page just reloads.

This is how it looks now, there is another code, but no matter how many you choose, one product is still added to the cart.
