How to correctly connect styles in opencart?

On the main page, everything works and is displayed correctly, but on the checkout page (route=checkout/simplecheckout#step_1), the styles fly off, behave incorrectly (perhaps the included bootstrap or other css files interrupt my css file). What files need to be edited in order to properly connect styles and scripts?

If you include your style file, then it must be higher than the opencart one, this is called priority.
