How to correctly compose a SQL query in Zabbix?

SQL database monitoring via ODBC is configured. So far, the request has been successfully executed and processed for my needs: sp_spaceused;

Another need arose: counting rows in the defined t_ActionsLog table

Through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, I created a query and successfully received a response:

I get an error: Cannot obtain column #1 name.
